“ | You know, Ante... all I had to do was tell you how many billion you would make doing that and then you were off. I never forced you to do anything. That's why you were my pet, after all. I loved you so much that I gave you a name and branded you, so no one else could claim you. And once again, like a good girl, you came right where I wanted you to. And now you're going to do one last trick for me. | „ |

“ | Cures have no reason to exist within our business model. They lose money. A cure doesn't create repeat customers, I'm sure you know. Make your own hospital if you don't like how ours works. | „ |
~ Judah to Scarlett |
Doctor Judah is the secondary antagonist in the I'm The Grim Reaper supernatural webcomic. He is a former pathologist and mentor of Ante Nora/Scarlett.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He had medicine and his services amped up to a higher price for profit, as well as being apathetic to those who couldn't afford such expenses and simply called it "supply and demand".
- Had an extremely abusive relationship with his employee, Yui Jang aka Ante Nora, causing her to lose her optimism. He referred to her as his "pet". At one point, he gave her a permanent scar on her mouth, saying he "owns" her. It is heavily implied that sexual abuse was involved in this to make things worse. Even after reviving as a demon named Scarlett, Yue instantly develops trauma upon seeing the Doctor, despite being an amnesiac.
- Gave Ante Nora the idea to spread a plague and spread it to 10% of the population so they can sell a cure for money. Judah didn't follow through on this and instead destroyed the cure after Nora's death, knowing it wouldn't make as much money compared to selling monthly treatments.
- Due to spreading the plague, he is indirectly responsible for every bad thing that has happened in the present series.
- By forcing Nora to spread the plague, she became a ninth-level sinner and would be tortured there for all of eternity if Satan hadn't made her a reaper.
- Removed the head of Ante Nora's corpse and placed it on another body.
- Tried to force Scarlett to undress in front of him while Chase was present. This came off as sexual assault and both were extremely disturbed by this.
- Sent an entire SWAT team after Scarlett and Brooke for seemingly no reason.
- Traps the reaper Brooke and tortures him by injecting cyanide into his eye, slicing his body parts, and burning it all to ash purely out of curiosity as to if he would feel pain.
- He later makes a joke about Brooke's remains just to spite Scarlett in hopes of sending her into a rage so she can kill him and turn him into a reaper.
- Burned down Scarlett's childhood home to further antagonize her. To make matters worse, by doing this Scarlett will never be able to recover the happy memories shared with her mother.
- Despite his low resources as a human, he stands out even compared to the likes of Ashe and Satan himself for causing millions of deaths (with the former coming close to indirectly causing mass omnicide).
- While he did advance a deposit to an employee for simply stating what he expected when interrogating the Red Spades' Leader's corpse, this is likely out of pragmatism to cut off any loose ends.
- Is arguably the only character taken completely seriously. Even Satan has multiple comedic moments.
