Rafael Ernesto Medina Baeza (born December 7, 1970), better known by the ring name Veneno, is a Panamanian professional wrestler currently active as a freelancer on the Mexican independent circuit. He has worked for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG). He is a second generation wrestler, and his sister, Dalys la Caribena, is also a wrestler.
