Sagume Kishin is one of the recurring characters in Touhou series.
Appearance[]
Sagume has short light gray hair with braids on her back, red eyes, and one wing on her back. She wears a purple dress with her hem cut into an arrow pattern, and wears a red microphone bowtie, a tan jacket, and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Due to his ability to reverse fate when speaking, Sagume must choose the words he speaks carefully. As a result, she became taciturn and reserved, and even got into the habit of covering her lips with one hand.
Strange for a Tsukito, Sagume acts against their ideology. Despite her hostile relationship with Gensokyo, Sagume supported Gensokyo on two occasions. Her first time was in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, in which she abandoned her plans to relocate the Lunar Capital and put her trust in the protagonists, in the process leading one of them to become the Lunar Capital's occultist. She even gave one of them a occult ball. The second time is Grimoire of Usami, which stopped the confusion that spread at the fireworks display with her words. Sagume was also on good terms with Eirin Yagokoro, who was on the wanted list, and she often came to see her. However, Hecatia Lapislazuli said that if Sagume did publish it, though it is unclear if Sagume wanted it, she would try to take control of Gensokyo through Aya Shameimaru's articles on disingenuous isolationism.

Reversing A Situation With Words[]
She talks about a particular situation or event, and by all means possible, the situation is eventually reversed. If she talks about an attempt to reach her goal, it will somehow fail. If she tells you something bad is going on, it will somehow be resolved. Because of this, she tends not to say much, and she always chooses her words carefully. Note that the situations and events she narrates are reversed in some way. She doesn't mean that the opposite of what she says has to happen.
In Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, Sagume backs up moving the lunar capital to Gensokyo in case Junko's actions ultimately cause the Tsukito to leave their temporary shelter in the dream world. She was thinking of a plan. However, when the player shows up to take care of Junko, Sagume realizes she has a chance to help save the lunar capital. By using her powers to inform the hero of her plan to invade Gensokyo, the plan will certainly not come to fruition. By doing so, Sagume bets on the possibility that the reason they didn't move to Gensokyo is for the protagonist to save the Lunar Capital. She reversed the situation by speaking directly to the player.
Occult Balls[]
Sagume used her own powers to create her secret occult ball. She has the power to change the world with people's words, and just by being near her, she creates rumors such as urban legends. Even though it was insurance, she spread rumors that NASA was hiding the truth she saw on the moon, and planned to make Gensokyo a lunar capital. This led to a number of minor urban legends coming to life and the events of Limbo Urban Legend. Currently in the possession of Marisa Kirisame.
