The film narrates the events through a parallel storytelling technique, weaving between the present and the past. The past time line revolves around the first day of the Iraq-Iran war, specifically the attack on the city of Abadan. Here, the story of two sisters unfolds, one of whom is the same prostitute the young man seeks out.
