Originally engaged to Veronica Donovan, he cancelled the wedding because Veronica was putting too much effort in Lincoln Burrows's case. (1x3) Veronica says that she's unsure at first and maybe they should postpone it for now. Sebastian counters with an ultimatum; if Veronica wants to postpone, then they should cancel it.
After that, he was approached by agent Quinn, who later killed him and using his computer, tracked down the whereabouts of Veronica. (1x10)

- It is reasonable to assume that Veronica never told Lincoln or Michael that Sebastian had died, let alone that he was killed by the Company.
