User with this ability either is or can mimic/transform into vultures, often erroneously referred to as buzzards. Vultures can be divided into two groups: the old world vultures, which share the accipitridae family with hawks, kites, and eagles; and the new world vultures, including condors, which belong to the family cathartidae.
