Capabilities[]

The user can manipulate illusions made from their own mental energies as they see fit, enabling the user to mentally deceive/trick the sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste and overall perceptions of others, causing them to experience things differently from what they indeed are according to the psychic's whims and desires. By creating powerful illusions, they can have lasting effects on the minds of others, warping their memories with false ones.

At their most basic level, these users can distort the shape and size of an object or area. At the same time, more complex applications include causing targets to misinterpret the distance or numbers of object, causing objects or entire landscapes to appear or disappear, distorting the sensory experiences of targets, etc. With its near-limitless potential, the user can achieve many effects based on the user's imagination, like being extremely stealthy, discombobulating and confusing targets, hiding and masking objects or places, causing targets to hurt each other unknowingly, and so on.

Unlike regular illusion Manipulation, which can be achieved through a variety of different mediums such as magic and light holograms, psychic illusions are mentally created illusions formed from psychic energies. Even comparing telepathic illusions, which is the ability to project illusions directly into the minds of others, psychic illusions are much more versatile in function, enabling the user to not only project illusions into the mind but also outside of the mind for all to see as if reality is being manipulated.
