The user can change and modify the bodies of oneself and others generally for enhancing the physical capabilities, alternating appearances and so on, the modifications can grant certain powers and qualities (be it magical, technological, divine, nature, etc.) that can reach down to genetic or even subatomic levels.
Unlike the real world version of this power, users are able to modify the bodies at will instead of just simple surgical procedures and are not limited to just appearance only but can grant incredible feats and effects that benefits the users for any possibility's usage to their physicality.
