In his youth, Jotaro Kujo (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part III: Stardust Crusaders) was famously known for starting off as a delinquent, getting into fights, smoking, dine and dashing, and being violent with his teachers.

Josuke Higashikata (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable) redefine and popularized the delinquent archetype with his inception thanks to his creator, Hirohiki Araki, seeing real-life Japanese delinquents for who they really are and changed their public reception by basing Josuke around a deeper understanding of their positive traits.

Okuyasu Nijimura (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable)

Sousuke Youki (King Golf)

Ted (Konjiki no Gash Bell!) was forced to harden himself while growing up as a street orphan and soon gained a reputation as a hot-blooded delinquent who would pick fights whenever possible.

Before becoming a Great General, Kan Ki (Kingdom) was one of the most fearless delinquents of his generation as he possessed brutal ruthlessness far beyond his young age and later united three infamous rival bandit clans single-handily.

Ri Shin (Kingdom) was an infamous delinquent and troublemaker in his youth as he regularly beat up anyone that ticked him off or made fun of him due to his status as a slave.

Throughout his youth and now days as a pirate, Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece) has developed a worldwide reputation for causing trouble.

In his youth and career as an Adventurer, Seo Moonyeob (The Esper's Game/Superhuman Battlefield) was a delinquent amongst his peers due to his outlandish thinking, thuggish attitude towards anyone that annoyed or ticked him off, and ruthlessness.

Infamous throughout the central plains, Lee Jaha (Return of the Mad Demon) is a delinquent amongst martial artists as he kills anyone that angers him, greatly enjoys making fun anyone with his wit, and regularly gets into fights for the simplest reasons.

In his youth, Musashi Miyamoto (Vagabond) was infamous for causing trouble to the point he was called a "Devil child".

Yusuke Urameshi (Yu Yu Hakusho) is known for his tendency to skip school and reputation as a street fighter, which leads to the point of being hated by most of his teachers and being feared by most of his fellow students.

While he isn't as much of a delinquent as Yusuke, Kazuma Kuwabara (Yu Yu Hakusho) does his fair share of street-fighting and skipping classes.
