Tilt Village is a settlement on Mitonga Island. It is named for the fact that it had been built upon slanted cliffs, which is how it got its name. It connects with the Big Booker Bridge, Mitonga Road, and the Dangerous Cliffs. The Ranger Union's ship, the Union, is also located here with Murph and can be taken out to Eastern Sea.

Tilt Village is first visited by the Player riding on Raikou during their search for the Pokémon Pinchers. There, they meet up with Murph, who sent on the Union to check the situation. Tilt Village is also the place where the player first meets Hocus.
