Ryūzaburō Ōtomo (Japanese: 大友 龍三郎, Hepburn: Ōtomo, Ryūzaburō) (born May 18, 1952 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor who provided the voice for Venusaur and Muramasa in the Japanese version of Pokémon. Due to his deep voice he often plays villainous roles.
