These Pikipek are normal/-type Pokémon who appeared in First Catch in Alola, Ketchum-Style!.
Biography[]
The Pikipek are part of the tribe of Toucannon and Trumbeak. Toucannon hatches five Pikipek and a Rowlet. They were seen on a fruit gathering mission with Trumbeak and Rowlet. As they approached the village the people and Pokémon were delighted to give the Woodpecker Pokémon their fruit. Once they return to the nest, the Pikipek see Trumbeak scolded Rowlet and sent it to find more. This time, it did return with fruit making their parents happy but when Team Rocket tried to capture them as revenge for them taking Bewear's food along with their parents in net despite the evolved Pokémon trying to save them. But with Rowlet and Ash's help, everyone was saved and praised their sibling for a job well done. Toucannon saw how happy Rowlet was with Ash, it gave the Grass Quil Pokémon the permission to leave the nest. With them, Trumbeak and Toucannon waved goodbye to Rowlet.
They and the rest of their family had a brief reunion with Rowlet asking them if they had seen a Pom-pom Style Oricorio.
