Gems are held items introduced in Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version.

There are a total of eighteen gems, each corresponding with a type. All of them can be sold for Poké Dollar100. When held by a Pokémon, it strengthens the move type by 30%. It is consumed after use.
