Woody is a character in the movie Toy Car Story. He appears in Cars, when the residents of Radiator Springs are watching Toy Car Story in the Drive-In Theatre. In the film, Buzz and Woody are arguing with each other, and after Woody attempts to convince Buzz that he is nothing more than a toy car by yelling at him, Buzz, unaware of the truth, takes pity on Woody and leaves.

Woody is a toy car that is painted yellow and orange, with a white with black spots "cow" design on his front fenders. He can often be found wearing a brown cowboy hat.

Woody is based on the character of the same name from the Pixar film Toy Story. Additionally, the actor who voices Woody in Cars is Tom Hanks, the same actor who portrayed Woody in Toy Story.
In Cars, he is depicted as a 'woodie-style' station wagon, which is a joke on his name.
