- He is named after Cars 2 and Cars 3 production finance leader, William Reusch.

- His name was revealed by a Mini Racer 10-pack, which included his Mini Racer toy.
- He is arguably the slowest Next-Gen racer competing in the Piston Cup, as he was never seen in a position higher than 3rd to last. This could also be the reason why he finished the Florida 500 in last place.
