The Pearson Residence is the house where Pepper Ann, Moose and Lydia live together. Its specific address is never mentioned, but we know the address number is 24, and it is located in Hazelnut.

The Pearsons moved into the house seven years prior to the events of the series ("The Way They Were") and Chuck lived there as well for approximately three years until he and Lydia divorced.

The house is a duplex, and the adjoining space is owned and inhabited by Janie and JoJo Diggety, along with their son, Ned. It is one of the most commonly seen locations in the series, just after Hazelnut Middle School.

Living Room[]

The living room is the most commonly featured area in the whole house, next to Pepper Ann's bedroom.

There is a television stand with a clock, some VHS tapes, a VCR, and a TV.

Dining Area[]

The dining room is a living room-dining room combination. Pepper Ann and her family can be seen eating here on multiple occasions throughout the series.

Kitchen/Laundry Room[]

There is a small kitchen in the back of the house with a door to the back yard and a laundry room to the right.

Upstairs[]

Upstairs are Lydia, Moose, and Pepper Ann's rooms. Pepper Ann and Moose's rooms are next door to each other. There is also a bathroom in the hall.

Pepper Ann's Room[]

Pepper Ann's room is blue and has a dresser, a nightstand, a bed, and lots of other things, such as the replica of Milo's hat seen in "The Tell Tale Fuzzy".

Moose's Room[]

Moose's room is bright pink and has a bunk bed, a dresser, and lots of other things.

Lydia's Room[]

Lydia's room is white and has a full/queen-sized bed with lamps on the headboard, and apparently a television since Grandma was watching Spanish soap operas in the room in "One Angry Woman".
