Terrence Chesterfield, also known as The Liability, is the 3rd Elusive Target in HITMAN III. He is a disgraced English building inspector walking around Club Hölle in Berlin, Germany to inspect the site.

He was voiced by Richard Stemp.

What Makes Him Pathetic?[]

• His carelessness caused hundreds of deaths, and it's even implied he has an even bigger kill count than 47 himself. To show just how despicable he is, the victims' families tried to sue him, and he's also known for being completely disgraced in England.
• During his time in Club Hölle, he's shown accusing a man of faking an accident and constantly taking naps, which would later result in more incidents. He also only cares about watching his TV show, hence the lack of effort put in his job.
• He has some comedic moments but all they do is highlight how much of a moron he is. He is also hated in-universe to the point of being put in a contract.

What Makes Him a Pinhead?[]

• He is dumb enough to cause hundreds of deaths via accidents and doesn't even care about it, just thinking about getting his job done as quick as possible so he could watch TV. It even goes to him being assassinated to make sure he doesn't cause any more incidents.

Trivia[]

• He is the only Hitman target to be Pathetic Pinhead.
