The College of Art and Athletic Perfection was founded by Professor Wogglebug in the southwestern part of Munchkin Country. The students at the College take school pills that give a student knowledge without having to attend lessons, so that the student's time can be applied to Athletic pursuits.
The College is known by several names: College of Art and Athletic Perfection (Ozma of Oz, The Royal Book of Oz, The Cowardly Lion of Oz), Royal College of Athletic Science (Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz), Royal College of Scientific Athletics (Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz), Royal College of Oz (The Road to Oz), Royal Athletic College (The Emerald City of Oz, The Magic of Oz, Glinda of Oz), Royal College (The Emerald City of Oz), Royal College of Athletics (The Patchwork Girl of Oz), College of Athletic Arts (The Magic of Oz), Athletic College (The Wishing Horse of Oz).
The student body includes Zif, a Munchkin boy.
