Doerena Kingdom?[]
Is it safe to assume that Ibusu is in fact not a pirate, but rather a merchant from Doerena Kingdom? His hippo figurehead ship, as seen in Chapter 738, is the same one Koala later reveals to be a trading vessel from Doerena disguised as a pirate ship. I'm not sure it's 100% safe to say he's not a pirate, as there have been scenarios before of kingdoms hiring pirates to do their dirty work (such as Bluejam). But at the same time, there's not enough evidence to say that he is a pirate. Let's leave occupation blank and edit the page to say what we actually know. JustSomeDude... Devil fruit user?[]
I think it said in a SBS or somwhere that he had a devil fruit called the Omi Omi no Mi that allows the user to copy any voice or noise the user has ever heard and amplify and project that noise at varying decibels can we confirm this.
