Il is a slim, tan-skinned man with short black hair. He wears a navy blue suede captain's coat with yellow detailing, a white shirt with a frilled collar, baggy white pants, a white and grey striped sash around his waist, and black boots.
Personality[]
Il loved his partner so much that he wanted to marry her during the island's annual festival so their love could be made eternal the island's deity. He was willing to stand up to a group of people threatening to steal the Box of Time despite having no known abilities.[1]

When the Box of Time Opens[]
Il and his partner chose to get married during Tongari Island's annual festival so that their love could be made eternal by the land's deity. When a group of people wearing red cloaks interrupted the festival to steal the Box of Time, Il stood up to them with Luffy, and one of them referred to him by name when they met again.
