Doran is an anime-only character and the main antagonist of the Spa Island Arc. He is the owner of the Spa Island, providing vacation services to people that arrive to the island.[1][2]
Appearance[]
Doran is a skinny man with a white shirt, a red bowtie, and a gray vest that goes over it. His hair is dirty blonde, and he has glasses, a thin swirly mustache, a braided ponytail, and wears dark black pants.[1]
Personality[]
Doran is a man that loves money no matter where it comes from. He claims that they provide the same service to pirates as long as they pay.[1][2]
Doran, like many characters, has a distinct laugh: "Girugirugirugiru!".[1]

He captured Lina's sister, Sayo, and wanted the Straw Hat Pirates to find the method of making gems hidden on Spa Island.[1] He then undergoes the painful experience of having the Straw Hat Pirates destroy Spa Island, and receives some of the punishment along with it. He was last seen swimming away after a small conversation with Foxy.[2]

During the Pirates Festival, he was seen arguing with Goro and Gedatsu over a business dispute.
