Trivia[]
- His name is based off Boris Karloff, the first actor to play Frankenstein's monster.
- He is designed by Stevie Borbolla.
- He and his brother Icky attend "Ghoul School", implying that they do not go to Lakewood Public School with K.O..
- He and Icky were originally just one brother made of slime but Stevie wanted the character to be a "classic Halloween creature." When they drew two concepts of one being a "little Frankenkid" and one with a "pumpkin head", they considered the brother as twins.[3]
