How Characters join the D clan[]

this is based off of one piece^[1] with people like Monkey D Luffy^[2].

• Must Have a High Power Level. If a character has a power level thats over 1000, they are a D clan Member
• Must have one of their fan fic names have D and made by St4r David.
• Must have scenes of them being strong. People like blocky, dora, and flower have done something powerful, making them D clan Members
