Tin Man is a character from Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. and one of the members of S.T.E.A.M. He is a samurai and woodcutter who was made into a cyborg after an unknown incident. Like Lion, Scarecrow, and Dorothy, he is based on the character of the same name from The Wizard of Oz.
