Nintendo released around 10 or more puzzles in the Japanese market in the seventies. Some of them did not have a theme while others were based on popular licensed characters such as Popeye and Betty Boop.

The following are some of the known puzzles Nintendo produced. Note that the full list may be much longer.
A heart-shaped Betty Boop themed one with 50 pieces was produced in Japan.
At least two circular Popeye puzzles were released.
Silhouette puzzles were also released in different colored packages (known colors include green, pink and red).
Different colored puzzles were released, though their theme (if there is one) is unknown.
