Kadokawa Games is a subsidiary of Kadokawa Corporation devoted to game development and licensing. It was founded in 2009, taking over series from ASCII Media Works and Enterbrain. The subsidiary acts independent of Kadokawa's other divisions, which include FromSoftware and Spike Chunsoft parent company Dwango, and has used NIS America to publish their games outside of Asia.
