Final Fantasy V Advance is a
Game Boy Advance video game released in
2006 and
2007 by
Square Enix and
Nintendo.
TOSE worked behind the scenes to port the game to the Game Boy Advance and add extra features for it. The game is a remake of the 1992
Super Famicom game
Final Fantasy V.
Changes[]
- The graphics have been slightly altered.
- The game includes four new jobs including Gladiator, Cannoneer, Necromancer, and Oracle.
- A new dungeon called The Sealed Temple is included.
- A new, extremely challenging boss named Enuo is included in the game.
- A bestiary and a quick save was added, along with a music player.
- The script has been retranslated, and gaps in the plot have been filled.
- The Blue Magic spell Vampire deals Max HP-Current HP damage rather than the Super Famicom's Max HP-Current HP /2 damage formula.
- Thief's !Dash now stacks with the run button added into the game.
- !Calm is bugged and only affects non-creatures such as Omega.
- A new glitch called the Control Glitch allows for obtaining 255 of certain items.
