Chibi-Robo!: Park Patrol (JP) is a game in the Chibi-Robo series. It features both button and stylus control. In America, the game was made available exclusively at Walmart.
Gameplay[]
The main gameplay involves walking around a park and growing flowers. You have a water squirter which can grow flower buds and a boombox which causes white flowers to produce seeds. When either you grow a flower bud or a seed gets planted in the ground, you will earn Happy Points. These points get turned into watts at the end of each day. There are also enemies that appear occasionally on different days. The enemies can be killed with water. The friends you meet throughout the game can also build different things in the park for you at the cost of watts. Your friends can only work a limited amount of times before they run out of energy and must be recharged. You can also buy new modifications for Chibi-Robo using watts.
Plot[]
The world is full of pollution and flowers are disappearing at a rapid rate, so Citrusoft makes a new model of Chibi-Robo that is designed to grow flowers. They ship them all around the world for free which leads us to the park where this game takes place.
A little bit into the mission, an enemy called Sergeant Smoggler appears and he has the ability to summon enemies into the park which can kill your flowers so be careful not to let the enemies near the flowers.
Chibi-Robo works to grow flowers in the park while also meeting some new friends. These friends get attacked by Sergeant Smoggler the first time he meets one, so he must recharge them.
As the park becomes more populated with flowers, a new enemy called Miasmo appears and must be defeated.
