Barret Wallace is a playable character in Final Fantasy VII. He is leader the eco-terrorist group AVALANCHE, trying to keep Shinra Electric Power Company from using Mako, the planet Gaia's life source, as a form of energy.
Appearance and Personality[]
Barret fights intensely for his cause and has great affection for his allies. His seemingly benevolent cause of fighting for the Planet is a cover for his own personal vendetta and rage, which he later must come to terms with. Despite his brash and sometimes violent attitude, Barret is good at heart, and is torn between fighting and taking care of his daughter, Marlene.
Barret wields gun-arm, mechanical guns attached to his right arm, allowing him to fire from a distance. His Limit Breaks largely consist of physical attacks with these weapons.
