Acheman are a species in The Legend of Zelda series, though only appeared in the NES classic Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. They understandably resemble their bat-like ancestors named Ache, who also appeared in Zelda II. They're demons who actually disguise themselves as Ache to fool their opponent, notably Link. However, they are much more dangerous than their seeming counterparts, mainly because they possess the ability to spew fire balls. It should also be noted that they'll also deliver more damage when in their alleviated form than the Ache are.
