• One of four items needed for "Heritage of the Past". Disappears from the player's inventory once delivered to the client.

Trivia[]

• The icon for the Filthy Mask depicts the same type of headgear worn by the Masked People when Facade still existed. The Resistance Researcher speculates that the mask delivered to him was designed for a female, possibly a princess in particular.
