Periwinkle is a recurring character in Blue's Clues and Blue's Clues & You!. He's a cat who is friends and neighbors with Blue, he's good at magic shows, mischief, forts, performances, collecting, red, outgoing, and even grand scales. He's cute, humorous, happy, and sneaky when he came before. He became a clue once, appears a few times starting with the third season, and even was female in the UK.
