Haggis McHaggis is a short Scotsman, he is voiced by Alan Young who also voices Scrooge Mcduck, he was the star of his own cartoon "The Scotsman" however The Ren and Stimpy Show, overthrow his cartoon. He's three major roles in the series are "Hard Times for Haggis", "A Hard Day's Luck", and "The Scotsman in Space" he made a bunch of small roles in episodes such as "Ren's Retirement", "Jerry the Belly Button Elf", "Ren Needs Help!", "Dog Tags", "Insomniac Ren", "Ol' Blue Nose", and "Dinner Party"
