Bogge and Quagmire (aka The Moat Twins) are twin monster-like brother and sister live in the basement of the castle music box where the moat is which they often swim to it. They like to play pranks and make mischief with everybody in the castle. Their favorite food is peanut butter, which they often put it on about everything. They often try to con Magellan out of his peanut butter sandwiches, but never succeed.

Bogge is the male twin with orange fur and a single tooth showing on the bottom left side of his mouth. Quagmire is the female twin with magenta fur, a single tooth showing on the top right side of her mouth and also has a hair bow on her head. Both of them have orange, pink, red and yellow warts on their skins.
