Rosie is the main antagonist of the 2017 creepypasta A Game of Tag.
She's a mysterious young woman who quickly becomes infamous online for wandering around public areas and touching people, causing them to painfully die of a mysterious illness. Her signature is the green hoodie she always seems to be wearing while performing these acts.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Painfully murders at least nine people while in a large city, sadistically grinning as she infects them with a mysterious disease causing them to blister all over and their chests to swell up grotesquely.
- Evades law enforcement by completely disappearing before they arrive.
- Once appeared in Japan and murdered at least three people while she was there, once again escaping before the police arrive.
- Passed by a person at an unknown park, grinning widely as she did, before murdering an older man further down the path, also potentially driving the aforementioned person insane when they found out she was behind it.
- Left to France and murdered two horses on a family farm while she was there.
- Eventually following her killing spree in the city, another video of her is uploaded online which reveals she murdered two men while on an unknown street outside a bar, scaring them into attempting and failing to shoot her down and traumatizing the bartender as a result.
- Countless other recordings and documentations of her various crime sprees are uploaded to the internet, each of which have her murdering at least one living being, usually a human.
- Is very strongly implied to have murdered a young boy, about 8 or 9, while supposedly somewhere in the Middle East.
- Leaves millions of people utterly terrified of potentially coming across her, traumatizing countless others that witnessed her crimes first-hand.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She lacks too much characterization to be PE, as her personality is left rather ambiguous and her backstory is completely unknown. This is minor, however, as she's still shown to take sadistic glee in the crimes she commits and is never really implied to be acting outside of her own free will.
