Reversian Blitz Hells is the abusive leader of the cruel and genocidal Three Hell Siblings. As well as being the main antagonist of episode 22 and 23 for the show Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.
Reversian Blitz Hells wants to make every world he visits a blazing hell and Earth is no different as he plans to unleash a cataclysm with the help of his siblings.
He was voiced by returning Super Sentai actor and voice actor Hiroshi Tsuchida.

What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Masterminded, oversaw, and participated in genocides, mundicides, and cataclysms of several worlds; which gave him immense sadistic pleasure because he was responsible for the suffering and subsequent demise of all the innocents from these planets he and his siblings destroyed.
- Is considered to be one of if the evilest Alienizers in the galaxy.
- Abused and neglected his other two Hell siblings only viewing them as tools for his own agenda, that could be discarded at any moment.
- When Reversian Bon Goblin Hells perished to the Dekarangers did not get saddened by the fact, but instead got irritated by his failure. In fact, forgetting about him soon after showing he held no significance to Blitz in the first place.
- Without any bit of remorse, ruthlessly and gravely injured his sister Reversian Succubus Hells just so he could attempt to kill Deka Break with a powerful attack. Even gloating about that action to the Dekarangers' horror and using flawed justification about how that is the way siblings function.
- When he was destroyed by the Dekarangers and his sister Succubus resurrected him using the last of her power, didn't show any empathy towards the fact that this ended up killing her and she showed unconditional love towards him despite his abuse and neglect towards her. Instead he shrugged it of and forgot about her as he moved to the next stage of his plan.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- His specific Cataclysmic rampage isn't shown to the fullest (at least by even one flashback) and therefore falls under off screen villainy. The only visions of this are the ones Jasmine projected from his sister but that was crimes from his sister not him. Nevertheless, he still did thoroughly plan these acts and was the direct cause of these crimes of which we did see through Succubus' memories (mundicide) and paintings (cataclysm) which is on screen display of his depravity. That as a result is enough for him to fail the heinous standard but instead not showcase his existing heinous actions completely. He just misses the mark of PE because specifics of who he hurt even by flashback isn't shown.

- Reversian Blitz Hells is the 11th/12th Super Sentai Near Pure evil.
- Blitz along with the Hyde Gene and Succubus are the only Super Sentai Near Pure Evils to have committed genocide, although the former of the other two is also omnicidal.
