She was voiced by Christine Baranski.
Her Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Her Close to Pure Evil?[]
- She dedicated her entire life to feeding the Trolls to her species by cooking them up in ways that involved mutilating them, as shown in her cookbook.
- Furthermore, Bergens have been known to eat Trolls without the need to butcher them alive, which not only makes her recipes unnecessary for the general Bergen population, but highlights how cruel she is.
- She ate Branchâs grandmother before his eyes when he was a child, causing him to become pessimistic for a long time.
- She planned on killing King Gristle Jr. and taking over Bergentown as its queen.
- She treated Bridget very poorly, leaving her with a lot of dishes to wash and verbally abusing her. This also includes physical abuse, as she throws a spoon at her when she leaves the Snack Pack with her.
- She had Creek use Poppy's cowbell to lure all of the other Trolls out of their hiding so she can capture them.
- While giving his side of the story to the other Trolls, Chef implied in her own words she was gonna eat Creek alive regardless of the outcome.
- She shows no care for her species, only wanting to feed them so she can control them.
- Although she appears to honor her deal with Creek to spare him if he worked for her, this is only so she could be able to kill all the Trolls, and she tried to eat him anyway after her plan failed.
- Although Bergens wanting to eat Trolls is normal, she stands out because the rest of her species only ate them reluctantly because they believed it was the only way for them to ever achieve happiness while she does it to achieve power and sadism.
- In the end, she still tried to kill the Trolls even after they provided another solution to the Bergensâ problem about happiness already being inside them naturally where they gave in to their saying.
- Her backstory of getting banished by King Gristle Sr. doesnât make her tragic as she goes far beyond it and it shows how petty she is, especially since she had the Trolls eaten long before her exile.
- While Queen Barb was shown to be much more dangerous than Chef, the two can't be compared due the latter having less resources than the former, while also not having any redeeming qualities, unlike Barb.
What Prevents Her from Pure Evil?[]
- While she's taken more seriously during the events of trollstice, She still had a fairly comedic defeat where she gets put into a lot of slapstick like getting a spoon thrown at her, lemons squeezed in her eyes, and getting tripped by Satin and Chenille onto an oven before she and Creek are sent tumbling down a flight of stairs on a tray and eventually get eaten by a hill monster.
