"We're Glad to See You Go" is a proposed song found in the first screenplay draft for the Sesame Street film, Follow That Bird.
The song was to take place just after Big Bird and Mr. Snuffleupagus say goodbye before Big Bird's relocation to Oceanview, Illinois. Oscar and his fellow Grouches celebrate his big move with a production number in the style of a parade, with musicians, line dancers (popping from trash cans), and confetti.
In the final film, Oscar and the Grouches instead get a different musical number at the top of the movie, "The Grouch Anthem."
