Mr. Plagueman is one of the rat tourists in Muppet Treasure Island.
He's the only tourist who's named in the film, as Rizzo welcomes him aboard. He surfaces in several later scenes, notably enjoying the native floor show with his wife as Benjamina Gunn makes her entrance.
His wife is named Donna in the lyrics booklet for the Muppet Treasure Island soundtrack. They also appear together in the Muppet Treasure Island CD-ROM game where Rizzo addresses them as Mr. and Mrs. Plagueman.
