Ivar Nørve (b. 1941) is a Norwegian actor and voice artist who dubbed Waldorf (Robert Marley) in En Muppet Julefortelling (The Muppet Christmas Carol). For the Creature Shop-effects film 101 Dalmatians, he dubbed bit parts (the vet, a doorman, and a policeman).

Nørve worked on Norwegian radio starting in 1963, directing or acting in mystery series Sherlock Holmes and Good Evening, My Name Is Cox, and on stage. He played different roles in various Olsenbanden comedy films, from the 1970s through the spinoff Olsenbanden Jr. as late as 2010. He was a regular on the 1996 soap opera Offshore and played the grandfather Morfar on Karsten og Petra and in movie spin-offs (2013-2018). Nørve appeared in the British miniseries The Last Place on Earth (1985, with Bill Nighy), about the historical race between British and Norwegian teams to the South Pole, as Oscar Wisting of the Norwegian expedition.

As a voice actor, Nørve dubbed Ed Wynn in Mary Poppins, Franck Dubosc in Astérix aux jeux olympiques, Robert Hardy in two Harry Potter movies, John Goodman in The Borrowers, Danny DeVito in Dumbo (2019), Leopold Stokowski in Fantasia, and James Cosmo as Father Christmas in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Cartoon roles include Winnie the Pooh, Fred Flintstone, Shi Fu in the Kung Fu Panda movies, King Hubert in Sleeping Beauty, Stromboli in Pinocchio, the Cheshire Cat and the Walrus in the redub of Alice in Wonderland, Brain on Pinky and the Brain, King Gregor and Sir Tuxford on Adventures of the Gummi Bears, and Sarge in the Toy Story movies.
