"In and Out Fever" is a Sesame Street song set at a Monster Disco.
A bunch of monsters groove to the disco tune, which instructs them to go in and out of the room throughout. A square monster doesn't get the grasp of the dance and is smashed by the "IN" door on his attempts to get with it. Once he finally understands the lyrics, he comes back in to the empty discotheque; a janitor (Richard Hunt) informs him they've just closed for the night, so he leaves.
