Humphrey the Badger is a character in The Animal Show.
He appeared in the episode "Badger & Rabbit" where he told Stinky the Skunk and Jake the Polar Bear how badgers dig their burrows.
The puppet also made several background appearances in Season Three, performed by Dave Goelz.
