Henrietta is a Muppet character from Sam and Friends. Her name was identified in a photo from Jim Henson: The Works and displays for The Smithsonian Institution and the Museum of the Moving Image.

Although there are no known surviving sketches from the show featuring her on Sam and Friends, the puppet is featured in a surviving ad for Esskay Meats (restored for "Henson in High Definition: The Early Years" at Museum of the Moving Image in 2016). Appearing alongside Professor Madcliffe and referred to as "Mildred" in this bit, she keeps flubbing lines from the copy for the advertisement.

She was also referred to as Mildred in a second Esskay Meats ad as well as the December 6, 1961 Sam and Friends sketch "The Dancing Donnellys."^[1]

The puppet later appeared in The Muppets on Puppets as a fairy godmother in Rowlf's mixed-up fairy tale. In this appearance, the puppet was performed by Jerry Juhl.
