Mr. Whisper came to Mopatop's Shop looking for a voice, in the episode "Whispers". The voice he had was a whispering voice, and he would like one that would be a bit more powerful. So Mopatop mixes a few diferent voices for him to try on the voice box, but they are either too loud or too quiet for him. He notices Mother Mouse's voice and wants one like that, so Mopatop mixes him a squeaky voice.

The puppet was recycled from a Gray Frackle.
