Oscar narrates as the two prepare for a fishing trip at Lake Mudpie when their car runs out of gas on the way there. Will they make it to the lake? As the program pauses, the Hooper's gang discuss possible ways to solve the problem when Oscar teases that the real answer will be followed after these messages of importance...
