SCENE 1 | Gordon finds Big Bird waiting at the bus stop on the corner, humming "South of the Border" and holding a suitcase with a sign: "Southward or Bust." Big Bird wants to migrate since lots of other birds do it, but Gordon tells him the reasons why some birds migrate, and how those reasons don’t apply to him since he’s got more advantages than the other birds. Big Bird opts to go skating with Mr. Snuffleupagus instead and leaves his suitcase behind, which Gordon accidentally opens. He rummages through the contents, and David passes by to make a delivery, telling Gordon that he hopes he has a nice trip. | |
