The only tool that can help fix it is a Stillson wrench, but Susan points out that she knows somebody who has one: Oscar the Grouch. On her way to Oscar's trash can, she tells the viewer that Oscar will likely enjoy the situation and won't help at all. She gets so fueled up with anger over what to expect that as soon as she gets to his can she tells him off. Oscar is taken aback by how cranky she is, and immediately gives her the wrench. | |
