They find that The Count has put up a sign on the lamppost that reads "PLEASE BLOW YOUR HORN" and has been counting the beep-beeps from passing drivers. Bob takes down the sign, citing the noise pollution the cars have caused. The Count agrees; instead, he will count the horns that are not beep-beeping.

The camera cuts back to Luis, who is entangled in his ladder with Bob and his bicycle.
