He finds that the door to Big Bird's nest is stuck, and has Maria and Mr. Hooper help in opening it to no avail. Biff recommends some cooperation is needed, and on the count of three, everyone is able to get the door open. Big Bird thanks everybody, and returns to his nest where he finds Krystal helping sweep up his nest. Big Bird appreciates the gesture, but still isn't sure how to explain what cooperation is.
