Governor Hararsa Roisefarum is the Patriarch of the Roisefarum family, one of the Elite families of Velostra, he is also Governor of the Governorate of the Sword. He is the father of Carara, Todad, Jamames, and Sarara. He along with his family oppose the concept of Avunculate marriage in the republic.
Personality
Hararsa is cautious, shy, impatient, intelligent, and fickle man with his duty to his family being one of his priorities. He despises his Crustathorn side due to the Crustathorns causing so much strife for the Humans over small matters.
Appearance
Hararsa is a 6'2" man with short light brown hair, hazel eyes, and has harden sections on his arms due to his Crustathorn side. He typically wears a dark coloured with a black and green robe over them due to his position as Governor.
